Intended Use 

OxisResearchTM SARS-CoV-2 Neutralizing Antibody ELISA Test Kit is intended to use for the quantitative determination of neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 present in human serum or plasma.   

Small sample volume --- 20 µL serum or plasma

Fast assay time --- 30 minutes of sample incubation and 15 minutes of color development

Simple procedure --- One step incubation

Quantitative --- Linear range up to 800 BAU/mL calibrated against WHO standard 20/136
